Job description:Toilet seat is broken (sounds simple) but the unit is enclosed and seat cannot be repaired without removing the WC. May require new WC & if so cosmetic tiling. Electric fitted shower leaking somewhere behind tiling, will probably require investigation behind tiles to locate and solve - subsequent repairs
