Job description:We have a Potterton Suprima Gas Boiler (installed 1991?), with a tank on our landing. The heating programme seems to be clicking on at the correct time, and the boiler flicks on. The tank is filling with hot water. The radiators heat up fine when heating is set to come on. But we have no hot water through the taps. When the heating is turned off and only water is switched on we still get cold water through the taps but the radiators heat up!! We have found that if we turn must of the radiator valves off, then we can sometimes still get hot water, but it's very hit and miss. We need someone to come and have a look and fix what ever valve or part that is broken.
