Job description:Removal & set aside existing shower tray & screen. Advice may be required regarding timber flooring damaged by shower leak (fungi growth has started) Removal of approx 6.5m2 of existing tiling. Re-fit ceramic shower tray (750mm x 990mm) New tiling in shower cubicle area approx 3.5m2. (don't know if the power shower has to be removed & re-fitted to enable this tiling or not?) Re-fit shower screen. Removal of existing wash hand basin (560mm) Removal of tiling 1m2 & re-tiling to match shower areas new tiles. Re-fit WHB (the wash hand basins fixings have come away from the wall. So repairing the wall with a suitable resin may be required before basin re-fitted) No tiling has been bought yet so your preffered tiles can be specified. Photo's can be made available.
