Job description:OLD TOILET REPLACEMENT WITH NEW ONE BEING DELIVERED. ONE CRACKED FLOOR TILE TO BE REPLACED AND I HAVE A SPARE ONE. I HAVE A SMALL LEAK FROM MY SHOWER MIXER CONTROL BUT I DO NOT THINK IT HAS BROKEN THROUGH THE TILE GROUTING. IT IS NO PUMP-TYPE SHOWER
