Job description:I have a number of plumbing maintenance and repair jobs: - Two thermostats for my underfloor heating system are no longer working (seems to be frozen). If removed the rooms heat up, if re-engaged the rooms do not heat up. - Toilet has small stream of constant running water, have tried to fix with temp patch before which worked temporarily, now needs longer term fix. - Shower thermostat is no longer working, water is always at one temp. - Emersion heater is no longer working, think it has short circuit.
