A shut off lever and radiator in Alexandra

Job description:We need to have a valve/lever fiited to a pipe near to boiler so that we can have the boiler serviced without having to drain the whole heating system. We also need to fit a heated towel rail in our bathroom, we though if we need to empty the system why not get them both done at the same time. We maybe considering fitting a water softening device?
