Review property plumbing and update in Bridge

Job description:we live in a period property that has had revisions made in stages over time. we have a potterton boiler that has been serviced regularly. our boiler is sited in our current dining room. we are at the scoping stage of a kitchen diner extension project at our house, which should involve moving the boiler to a utilty area. this new utility area will probably contain washer and dryer which are in regular use. we also have a dishwasher, plus sinks in our downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom and one of our upstairs bedrooms (handy). we have 3 wcs and 1 bathroom in the house. in the future, (appx 2 - 5 years), we want to add another downstairs shower and an en-suite. we have a lot of pipework running around the house, which is at a mix of depths (e.g. some radiator pipes are 15mm some appear to be 22m). we have to leave the downstairs kitchen hot tap running for ages to get it hot. we have 3 tanks in the loft that appear surplus and legacy we also have a water cylinder in our (upstairs) airing cupboard. we have a pump in the loft also whcih was supposedely to support the standalone electric shower in our bathroom. we have had this switched off as it is not working properly. in the future we will update our bathroom suite and have a proper shower installed. 1 - we want someone to review the plumbing at the property 2 - we want someone to remove the loft tanks that aren't needed 3 - we want to get quotes and suggestions for us to update our existing bathroom, at the same time as maintaining good water flow around the house. we expect to progress with item 1 following a meeting and the other items as required. we will only accept quotes from appropriately certified plumbing professionals.
