Hair line hole in top of immersion tank causing leak. Will require repair or replace in Gainsborough

Job description:the hairline crack at top of immersion tank started at end of last year, so i repaired it with quick bond metal epoxy. it has worked for about 6 months but water is leaking again. have tried to put more epoxy on without success. most likely will need a new immersion tank but for the right price may look into replacing the current system with justa combination boiler
