Job description:1/the seal round the bath has gone mouldy and is leaking down the wall. Needs resealing. 2/ my overflow in the bath is also leaking and needs fixing/tightening. 3/the bathroom floor lino has got wet underneath, needs taking up and allowed to dry before being laid back down.
