The bath has leaked into the dining room and the side of the tiled bath in Bramhope

Job description:It appears that it's leaking from the waste when the bath is emptied so we've stopped using it but the side of the bath is tiled and there's no way to take it off as it appears it was boarded and then tiled as opposed to being able to take the board off by unscrewing it. We also need someone to take a look at our saniflow toilet as it's making a funny noise and also for our outside tap to be connected.
