Job description:A large old economy 7 water tank (now leaking) with cold water header tank above needs removing and replacing with an Ariston Europrisma UNDER SINK Water Heater 3kW 15 Litres or something similar to feed 2 taps (one bathroom & one kitchen). Some electrical work may be needed to change power supply from economy 7 to standard. 1st floor city centre flat with private parking directly outside front door.
