Blockage in bathroom connecting toilet,shower and sink in Blaby

Job description:Originally had a blocked toilet, but problem seemed to dissapear. Now seems to be connected to larger proble as both sink and shower plugs in same bathroom are also now blocked. Have used a plunger and also a liquid unblocker to see if can solve problem but still water blocked.
