Job description:I am moving to a property on 26th Jan and immediately I require a safety check on one gas fire appliance and the removal of a second gas fire appliance. The property also has a back boiler which will need to be checked for safety. As soon as possible after this I require a new Combi boiler to be installed, the current tank to be removed and new radiators installed into a front bedroom, conservatory and back room. The back room currently has a small radiator at present that will need to be removed. I am keen to get this work done as soon as possible after the essential checks that MUST be done on the 26th Jan. The address of the new property is 31 Greendale Road, Glen Parva, Leicester, LE2 9HD. We have exchanged contracts and completion takes place early afternoon on the 26th Jan. So the safety checks can not be carried out until the late afternoon.
