Toilet flush to be fixed in Letchworth South East

Job description:Toilet flush isn't working. Cistern is filling ok, so it looks like the flush release bit. I have a 2nd toilet of the same age and mechanism that is starting to get a bit temperamental so please could this also be checked over/fixed? Many thanks.
