Job description:the water heater burst a leak 19th Dec. We were to replace with a combi boiler but the company contacted has not delivered. We are now looking for a repair or replacement of the water heater. it is corroded down one side and is leaking through the pipe. The water is coming through the ceiling and we had originally requested emergency plumbing but had been told today was the first day it could be dealt with. No one came today and so we are looking for another plumber urgently.
