Job description:(1) Our Ideal Mexico RS3/125 boiler needs an annual service (2) Our central heating system is 11 years old. It has 21 radiators fed by a Grundfos 15-60 pump and 2 x Honeywell V4043H for the HTG and DHW. The system appears to have become unbalanced with radiators tending to heat up "In sequence" rather than all at once; some radiators hardly come on at all during the day, but they do come on from time to time. There is no air in the system when I bleed radiators. Besides, when the rads do heat heat up, they heat up right to the top. The system has never been drained since it was installed in 2001. It may be a pump problem, I don't know. Either way, the system is not working as when it was first installed and needs to be sorted. The pump and valves are in the roof and reasonably accessible with stop valves on the inlet to the pump and on the outlets of the valves.
