Remove and replace old cast iron soil pipe in Cookham

Job description:I have an old (100yrs +) cast iron soilpipe broken by previous builders. Mended at time with a bandage arrangement several years ago. Am surprised it has held this long. Need to remove old pipe from upstairs bathroom (without damaging new bathroom floor) down to ground level and replace with modern fitting. Several plumbers have looked at the job, taken measurements etc., but none have got back to me.
