Installation of new boiler with respect to asbestos flue in Furze Platt

Job description:We are in the latter stages of purchasing a property. After the homebuyers report, a new boiler (currently in the kitchen) is required and we have been told there is an asbestos flue. We would like a recommendation of work and cost of a new boiler and whether we need to worry about asbestos and then once the property has been purchased, would like to proceed. As mentioned, the boiler is in the kitchen. Water tank is on the first floor landing.
