We've got no hot water and gurgling radiators in Oldfield

Job description:For the last few days our radiators have been making sounds like gurgling water is in them, even though our heat is not on. This afternoon we realised that our hot water has gone and is only running tepid, though our boiler seems to be firing up. I looked in the airing cupboard and the pump on our tank has a buildup of limescale and is getting pretty noisy at times. The pump is only a couple of years old. I hope that someone can help us and I think our situation is growing urgent.
