Job description:the tap under the sink to turn the water on and off has seized up so cannot turn the water off before doing the following: need a shower mixer tap installed to the bath and a tap fitted to the basin. a new tap needs fitting to the kitchen sink. living roo radiator does not work, the pipe is hot up to the valve but no heat is getting into the radiator. have bled the radiator but no joy think the valve has had it.
