Job description:I am a private landlord for a 2 bed property in Middlesbrough town centre (TS1). The gas cert is due for renewal. The house has a Ferroli combi boiler age approx 3.5 years old. There is 7 rads throughout the house. The house is managed by a local estate agent where a key could be obtained should the tenants not be available at the property.
