Radiator in Musselburgh West

Needed: Plumber in Musselburgh West, EH21

Job description:Radiator that is only hot at the top and up to half way down. Need it to be checked out and advised on what is required to fix the problem. Also a compressed pipe at the bottom of the hot water tank, probably need replacing. Could be a great possibility that we would be changing the boiler in the near future for a new combi boiler. Would like advise on the cost etc.
