New Boiler, WC and sink in bathroom in College

Job description:All work to be carried out in bathroom: Supply and fit replacement Hot Tap on sink(which has seized up so we cannot replace washer) - or replace sink, please advise about this one. Supply and fit new Boiler or water heater - current Gas 'Multipoint water heater' is 30+ years old and out of action, leaking, currently no hot water. We have no radiators which might make the job more straightforward. Supply and fit new WC. Wishing to fit low cost bathroom furniture, but a decent boiler/water heater, advice appreciated. These jobs ideally need to be completed before the end of the month as we have relatives staying here from the 31st October and we'll need hot water and a decent WC, preferably as soon as possible as boiling water for all our uses is proving to be a pain.
