Just moved into new house with needs oil fired boiler servicing and also some upgrade to existing in Liverton

Job description:The oil fired boiler is called a Panda 650 - last record of it being serviced is in 1999! so not sure whether its been done since then. We are in process of taking out a wood burner which also worked as a back boiler - part of it has been capped off as it was not in use but some remaining pipework exists - we want to remove all of this... in the future there will be more work as we want to move the bathroom upstairs but these are the initial urgent jobs
