Job description:1) Move and replace a radiator. 2) Fix a toilet that's hard to flush. 3) Improve control system for central heating/hot water (1) and (2) are reasonably trivial. The radiator is currently behind a bookshelf, would prefer a longer lower on along a different wall in same room. The toilet often takes 3 or 4 pumps to get it to flush... (3) is a bit more open ended. Currently all heating is provided by an aga in kitchen. This seems powerful enough, but is not controllable - eg cannot have hot water but no radiators. Would like fit timeswitch & thermostats (plus associated valves) to make it more configurable.
