After fitting a domestic pumb to immersion I have no water flow from hot taps in St Crispin

Job description:I fitted 2 weeks ago a direct feed combination immersion,My hot water pressure dropped by 50% in bathroom and toa trickle in the kitchen.A plumber recommended I fit a domestic circulating pump,which I have done a salus mp100. I now have no water flow from any hot taps even though I have attempted the 1st deflate.
