Job description:I am splitting one property into 2 it will require a bathroom to be fitted and pipework all connected up to an outside sewer pipe. also a fairly basic kitchen sink to be installed in addition pipework seperating the two properties needs to be undertaken and a new water heater fitted in the existing bathroom!! I have strictly limited funds!!!
