Job description:In a 3 bed semi in New Costessey, to replace old Baxi back boiler with a re-sited combi condensing boiler. Boiler and related pipework supplied by plumber.There is an ideal brick built internal cupboard by the front door, which similar houses have used to house boilers. To put a new (owner supplied) gas fire in lounge.No need to flush radiator system. Remove old tank and pipe work in bathroom airing cupboard, also water tanks in loft. I am on a tight buget and am hoping to get it done for 2,000, if you guys take the old copper stuff away.
