Job description:I need an easy access shower in the bathroom and the bath taken out.Light fitting needs changing for one that meets currant regulations and an extractor fan to be fitted. Also need non slip flooring put in and depending on cost might replace toilet and basin. An old type fuse box also needs replacing.I also need the bathroom retiled. Would like plumber to visit for exact list of works in case I have forgotten anything
