Job description:1. Replace the old suite with a new suite I have purchased-replacing like for like with the bath needing the piping for the taps extending to the side/middle of the bath as it is a double ended bath. 2. Need a shower screen fitting which has been purchased. 3. Need already purchased flooring installing - tile-loc system laminated travertine effect long tiles. 4. Installation of a purchased towel radiator (valves already purchased too). 5. Need a little tiling doing- i. around the bath where some tiles will probably be damaged from ripping out the old suite, basically want the whole row around the top of the bath taking out and replacing with average sized tiles to match the ones already in place and a trim of mosaic tiles directly above the bath (again, products already purchased). ii. Tiling on a wall where only half the wall is already tiled-basically we need a large long mirror (already purchased) fitting with the mosaic border around it and then the normal size tiles fitting up to the ceiling. 6. Two ready assembled wall cabinets, a rotating shelving cabinet and a small extendable mirror fitting to the walls. 7. A lowered ceiling installing to cover the current disgusting artex (if that's how you spell it) ceiling. Basically all above mentioned products have been purchased and simply need installing. I would like two quotes please-one for the complete job and one for all the jobs except the ceiling.
