Problem with Grohe cistern in Holton

Job description:I need a plumber with a knowledge of grohe cisterns. We have a problem with water trickling into the pan most of the time. It is a known problem with these systems and I already have what I think is the correct replacement part ( valve no 43544), I just need someone to fit it. Many thanks
