Job description:The kitchen tap (single tap for both hot and cold) leaks no matter how tightly you turn off the handles. From repeated tightening the fixture is also a bit loose where it connects to the sink. The pipe that carries water away from the bathroom sink is loose where it connects to the sink, so that occasionally it slips down (never all the way off) and there is a leak onto the floor below when it does this.
