Our central heating is not working, the radiators will not heat up but hot water is working in Marston

Job description:The hot water turns on fine and the tank is full of hot water. But when we try to turn on the heating, it turns on for a few mins and the everything turns off (including the hot water). After this the boiler seems to switch on and off repetitively until we turn the heating to off. After this the hot water comes back on.
