Job description:Mark found on kitchen ceiling where MDF panel had been fitted by previous owner. Mark on ceiling is below the shower drain. Investigation revealed damp inside ceiling space (wet plaster and wood). Small area of water soaked floor and skirting board found underneath vinyl floor covering at back of shower surround (about 20 inches away from the ceiling mark).
