Replacing taps on bathroom basin in Efford and Lipson

Job description:We have old brass taps on our bathroom basin as well as the bath. The bath ones are the slightly bulbous ones that come out of the side of the bath rather than the top. The basin cold tap leaks and we cannot get it to stop. Replacing washers and tightening things up are no longer any good. We need the taps replaced, either with more old brass ones, or with a set of period-style repro (1920s ish) chrome ones. If the chrome option, the bath ones will need replacing too. We do not want to spend a lot of money as the house is now on the market. However, we do want to stop the leaky tap!
