Job description:Unreliable plumber fitter bath and glass screen badly that bathroom still leaks to downstairs flat. Need bath re-sealed, new seal for glass screen (possibly needs to be dropped as it stis quite high off the bath) Need bath to be watertight when using a shower. Trade must be happy to deal with a landlord that doesn't live in vicinity.
