3 point valve required with new CH timer switch & cylinder thermometer in Plympton Erle

Job description:Have been informed our Central Heating is outdated and potentially dangerous. Require a 3 point valve (currently we do not have the option to have central heating on without water on). Also need a cylinder thermometer as we do not have one. Would prefer plumber to be able to do the electrics side and install new timer switch also and check existing wiring. Boiler can be on without pump on which apparently is hazardous as can cause overheating of boiler. This will also need to be fixed. We have an old style heating system with boiler downstairs and immersion heating above with 2 tanks in the loft.
