Job description:Supply and install new 22mm copper primary gas supply from mains adjacent front door to distribute gas to boiler room and kitchen allowing for stop end branches to feed sitting room and living room. Include for 15mm copper secondary branches to feed appliances and all associated accessories to complete installation. Gas supply within kitchen to be recessed into the building fabric. Contractor to be Gas Safe Registered and provide certification upon completion. Approximate lengths 22mm - 15Lnm / 15mm - 5 Lnm Supply and install new 15mm copper hot & cold feeds to new shower controls. Drops to control shall be flush within the building fabric. Supply and install Condensing Valiant eco plus Boiler suitable for feeding potentially 12 radiators and hot water to potentially 3 bathrooms & kitchen. Supply and install 9 no. Stelrad or similar approved radiators suitably sized for each room including Honeywell or similar approved TRV's. Allow for all necessary pipework, fittings etc. to complete the works. Supply and install Honeywell or similar digital wireless controller. NOTE: Heating system to be design to accommodate the future loft conversion. NOTE: 2no. Main cold water feeds are available from the Boiler Room and WC/shower room. The Contractor shall include for the installation of 15mm copper MCW and DHW supplies to the appliances controlled via ball-o-fix isolation valves. Including for necesaary accessories. The Contractor shall include for insulating all heating and water services within roof ceiling voids. Joints are to be taped and each service to be identified and colour banded
