Job description:Hot water pressure from bathroom tap is very low. Doesn't appear to be boiler related as other taps are fine. Also doesn't appear to be the tap itself. Cause unknown.
Second issue is the toilet releasing a small amount of water down the pan constantly. Results in low power flush.
