Job description:the gas has been capped off by gas board - been assessed and there is a gas leak. access to find gas leak is by taking off floor boards. alternatively happy for plumber to disconnect existing pipe work under floor boards and installing new pipe for new gas connection. at same to also get going heating and hot water
