External waste pipe and down pipe(stench pipe) replacement from wc in Sitwell

Job description:the t-pipe on the external downpipe(stench pipe) where the WC waste pipe joins is leaking. There appears to be approx 5 cracks in the t-pipe and it is leaking with a steady drip. The pipe is not plastic or cast iron. I would like a complete replacement of this system.
