Washing machine wastes, shower, fridge-freezer in Ryde South West

Job description:- plumbing wastes into large utility cupboard (will probably need saniflo pump.) There is already a cold water pipe to take water supply from and I think the wastes will need to go down into the basement. - plumbing in new american style fridge freezer (arriving 06/08/2008) In kitchen but water will need to be run round to it I imagine. -Fixing leaking waste / trap in downstairs loo sink. -Removal of existing bath and installation of steam shower bath cabin (pre-plumbed product to replace bath so there will already be hot and cold water feed and wastes in place - we have not yet ordered this product so it may be a 2nd phase depending on lead times).
