Job description:I'm about to put an offer in on a house, but I'd firstly like a quote to fix the following problem; There's a hole in the kitchen ceiling. The kitchen is below the bathroom, and you can see some of the plumbing through the hole in the kitchen ceiling. Presumably the plumbing is leaking, which has caused the hole in the ceiling. The bathroom looks like it has some new-ish fittings, so it looks like they might have damaged the plumbing when they installed the new fittings. So I'd like a quote to repair the plumbing, repair any damage caused by the leak, and to repair the hole and re-plaster over it. And also to have a quick look to see if there are any wider problems with the plumbing. The house doesn't currently have any electricity, so any visit would have to be during the day. I would also like to have a quote a.s.a.p. so I can proceed with putting an offer in on the house.
