Job description:The seal between the sink and downpipe is leaking. Also, the drainage is erratic. It doesn't appear blocked, but the flow varies between very good and dead slow and it makes a lot of guttering sounds. This has been getting progressively more pronounced over the last couple of weeks. The sink was replaced only a few years ago.
