Job description:The underfloor heating is a retrofit to existing floor. It works from a manifold which has valves which provide hot water to the various room in the house. It has its own pump and pressure/temperature gauge. Over a seven month period engineers have been working on my boiler, both British Gas and Vokera the manufacturer. I was finally told the boiler was working but after all their work my heating system does not. The heating does not rise above 40 degrees, it should be 55 degrees. The pressure should be at one but very quickly rises to three at which time the system is cut off by a safety mechanism. There is a heat exchanger between the boiler and the heating. The system has worked for over eight years perfectly. The next page asks how for an estimate on how much this should cost, I don't know.
Budget:Under £500
