Kitchen drainage blocked in Cippenham Meadows

Job description:The kitchen sink is blocked - been expecting it for years - but its lasted 7 or so. The installation of the in-sink waste disposal caused problems with drainage which I suspect needs fixing in some manner - possibly including removal of waste disposal unit. Sorry to be not terribly clear - but it has to be seen to be understood
