Leaking pipe to refil toilet tank and float valve not working correclty in Cippenham Meadows

Job description:replaced the float valve in the toilet as the tank was not filling up. The new float valve now fills the toilet however does not stop and the pipe from the water pipe which is connected to the toilet has a slight leak
