Job description:I require a Plumber to change my 'off peak' immersion heater. The immersion heater is at the bottom of the tank so the tank requires draining before this is done. I have already checked the stat. The immersion heater has been ordered (Backer 3.0kW type 311MB825/1.75) and expected next Thursday. The tank is an Accolade Estate (unvented 215 litres) located within a linen cupboard within my top floor flat (3rd floor).
