I have fitted an external manual shower mixer and the four elbow compression joints have started to in Sholing

Job description:I have fitted a manual shower mixer myself, the four compression elbows drip very slightly (1 small drip an hour), i am not sure whether it needs tightening or tape fitted etc... I would like to get a plumber to secure these joints and mak ethem water tight.
