Re-route pipes and fit new toilet in bathroom in Milton

Job description:Not sure if I need a plumber or a plumber and a heating engineer. I have 2 jobs. 1. Re-route existing hot and cold water pipes in the bathroom that go from water heater on the wall to bath which is approx 2 metres away(and sink - don't think sink piping needs any work). They are currently half way up the wall as a washing machine was connected here - I would like them lower now. There is also a washing machine water pipe to outside which I want removing - the heater has a plastic water outpipe attached which will need re-routing. 2. I need advice on buying a new toilet and someone to fit it.
